Shares
LAMCS does not support the trading of shares among members. The only way to own shares in LAMCS is through becoming a member and purchasing the shares each member is entitled to under the LAMCS bylaws. In the event that a member were to pass away, their shares and membership would be passed on to their next of kin indicated on the membership application form they submitted.
Every member of LAMCS is required to purchase a minimum of 2 shares and a maximum of 10 shares.
LAMCS is a cooperative that is owned by members that own shares. It is not listed on any stock market, nor does it support the trading of shares among members.
