Is LAMCS listed on the stock exchange?

LAMCS is a cooperative that is owned by members that own shares. It is not listed on any stock market, nor does it support the trading of shares among members. The only way to own shares in LAMCS is through becoming a member and purchasing the shares each member is entitled to under the LAMCS bylaws.
